Hiya John!
Welcome to planDisney! John, you are planning a fun adventure to Walt Disney World Resort very soon and I am so excited for you! March is a lovely time to visit as the weather is great and the
EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival is in full bloom!
Traditional
theme park tickets purchased recently have expiration dates where the tickets must be used within the period. This is still the rule if these tickets have the
Park Hopper Option. For example, a
4-day ticket has an expiration date of 7 days after the start date that was selected when you purchased it. If the ticket was used even partially then anything left after the expiration date is lost. However, if the tickets were unused and the expiration date passed then these tickets will also not be valid, but their value can be used towards future tickets of greater or equal value. Of course, if the future ticket you wish to buy is of greater value you must pay the price difference. Since it seems that you are planning to use the tickets you purchased but not for all of the days realize that you are potentially sacrificing those leftover days. In addition, once used the ticket cannot be transferred to another guest.
Since you have a theme park ticket with the Park Hopper Option, know that you are arriving at the best time to use it! The EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival has
outdoor kitchens open from 11:00 AM till the park close where you can purchase delicious foods that are only available during this event.
The Foodie Guide has come out already and I already know that I will enjoy the seasonal fruit parfait with sweet chili sauce and DOLE whip mango. Park hopping to EPCOT for snacks or a lovely meal is a smart decision that I hope you make.
I hope this helps and if you have any questions please feel free to
let me know if you have any more questions.
Happy Planning!
