    We have park hopper passes we bought 10 years ago. They are the ones that never expire. I tried to link it to Genie but it doesn’t recognize their number. May be that your system doesn’t recognize those old numbers. How can I link them?

    Thank you for sending your question to planDisney. It's great that you have theme park tickets that don't expire.  Being able to use those for a trip this year is fantastic, especially with all the new attractions like TRON Lightcycle / Run presented by Enterprise, which just opened this week, and Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind.

    To help you link the tickets, I'd call the Existing Tickets department for a cast member to assist you.  When you call, you'll want to have the tickets with you.  They should be able to help you link the tickets to your My Disney Experience account.
