Welcome to planDisney, Byron!
I'm so glad you're answering magic's call to Walt Disney World Resort during the
50th Anniversary Celebration. My core memories from this 18-month celebration include seeing the four theme park icons shine in new ways as
Beacons of Magic and my son's excitement every time he brought a
Fab 50 Character Statue to life with his
MagicBand+.
Each Guest over the age of three requires valid admission, a theme park reservation for each park day, and a method of entry (MagicBand, MagicBand+, Disney MagicMobile pass, or admission card) to enter a theme park. Do your tickets with the Park Hopper Option
appear in your My Disney Experience account? If so, you're ready to make your theme park reservations! If not, you must first
link your tickets to your account.
Once your tickets are linked to your My Disney Experience account, consult the
theme park reservation availability calendar to see which parks are available during your stay. The month of March is currently showing all dates in green, which means that all parks are available. Kachow!
Theme park reservations are made via the
Disney Park Pass System. Click the blue "Make or Modify Theme Park Reservations" button to get started. Next, click "Book Park Reservation" under
Park Reservations for all Guests. You can make a theme park reservation for anyone on your
Family & Friends List with valid admission linked to their account. Select the date and the park you'd like to reserve, and confirm your selections. A confirmation screen will appear and you'll also receive a confirmation email. Existing park pass reservations can be viewed in your My Disney Experience account
online or in the
My Disney Experience mobile app (three small lines at the bottom right of the home page --> Future Plans). Once made, theme park reservations can be modified or canceled.
You only need to make a theme park reservation for the park you plan to enter first each day, Byron. Once you've tapped in at your first theme park, your tickets with the
Park Hopper Option allow you to 'hop' to another park once park hopping hours begin at 2:00 p.m., without an additional theme park reservation. You could even complete the four parks in one day challenge with a single park pass reservation. During our April visit, my family plans on spending most afternoons in EPCOT enjoying the
EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival.
The magical opportunities for your stay are endless, Byron. Please return to planDisney for additional ways to maximize the magic on your park days.
Choose magic,
Jennifer
