Hello, I have a park hopper pass from about 6 years ago. It has 6 days left on a 10 day, no expiration pass. Can I link this to a magic band? I also have older passes and am wondering how I find out how many days are left on them. Thank you!

    Hi Maureen,

You must have some fun drawers in your house to find so many awesome old surprises! Prepare to turn those finds into magical memories because I'm thrilled to tell you that Disney does honor all old, unused, unexpired theme park tickets!

The short answer is that yes, you should be able to link all of your theme park tickets to your My Disney Experience account for use with a MagicBand. There are ID numbers on all theme park tickets, and you may certainly try to use those to link your tickets to your account, but depending on how old they are, you may need some help. If so, you can try calling a Cast Member at (407) 939-1289 or stop by a Guest Relations location, theme park ticket window, or Disney Resort hotel Concierge desk once you arrive.

To find out how many days are remaining on your old tickets, you'll want to either ask in person once you arrive or email your full name, a daytime phone number, the date and location where the tickets were purchased, the form of payment and purchaser's name, and a photograph or scan of the front and back of the tickets to and a Cast Member will get back with you in about two weeks.

If you are able to link your tickets to your My Experience Account, I have a helpful shortcut to help you figure out the number of days on each one. The system will only allow you to make FastPass+ selections for the number of days that you have valid theme park tickets. Link one ticket, then see how many days within the next 30 days you can make FastPass+ selections. Link the next one and see how many additional days become available, etc. etc. Just make sure to go back and cancel any FastPass+ selections that you won't be using.

I hope you make LOTS of wonderful memories with your old Disney tickets!
