Hi Jennifer and welcome to planDisney!
I see your Walt Disney World vacation is coming up in less than two months. How exciting! The holiday time is my favorite time to visit. The festive decorations all around the theme parks,
Disney Resort hotels and
Disney Springs puts the biggest smile on my face. The enormous Christmas trees at the Resort hotels are a sight to see!
Having
park hopper tickets maximizes the amount of park fun you can have and gives you the flexibility to visit more than one park in a single day. Currently, you can park hop after 2:00 PM after visiting your first park with a
theme park reservation. After 2:00 PM, you can hop from park to park as often as you would like (subject to park availability, so you can certainly hop over to
Disney's Hollywood Studios and then hop back to
Magic Kingdom Park for the nighttime entertainment. If you're hopping back to your original park that you have a park reservation for, you do not have to worry about park capacity. I love to start my day in one park, enjoying some attractions, hop over to another for a late afternoon lunch and then end my day at either
EPCOT of Magic Kingdom Park for the fireworks. It's a perfect Disney day!
If you're looking for some holiday fun, I highly recommend
Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party. It's one of my favorite special events at Walt Disney World. Your party ticket includes unlimited complimentary cookies and hot cocoa throughout the evening as well as a special parade, stage show and fireworks.
Walt Disney World Passholders can enjoy a discount on select party nights.
Please
stop back by and visit if you have any additional vacation planning questions.
Have a magical day!
Leslie
