Hi Rebecca,
It's so great to see you're planning for some magic in the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks!
The good news is that yes, you absolutely can buy a theme park ticket to park hop for one day.
When you go to the
Theme Park Tickets page, you'll see you can select the number of days that you want to visit the theme parks, and then you can select the ticket type. For ticket type, you can choose 1 Park Per Day, Park Hopper Option, Water Park and Sports Option, and Park Hopper Plus Option. So in your case, you would simply want to select one (1) day as your number of days, and then add the Park Hopper Option. With the Park Hopper Option, you can visit other theme parks after 2 p.m. after visiting the first theme park for which you make a theme park reservation using the
Disney Park Pass system.
You also had a question about the time for which the theme park tickets you purchase are valid. The
theme park tickets are valid for admission for a certain number of days based on when you first use the ticket to enter a theme park. So, in your example, with a 4-Day Ticket, the ticket would expire seven (7) days after your selected start date. The tickets can be used on non-consecutive days, so you can spread your theme park visits out and relax as you'd like between visits.
Rebecca, I hope this helps with your theme park ticket question. If you have additional questions about purchasing theme park tickets, you can
chat with Cast Members online, or give a call to the Walt Disney World Ticketing team at (407)-566-4985.
Here's wishing you lots of Disney magic in your day today!
Jerry
