Hello and welcome to planDisney, Nicholas!
Thank you for stopping by, it is a pleasure to answer your first question and help you plan a magical visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!
As part of the
phased reopening of the Walt Disney World Resort, an
updated Park Hopper experience is now available. All Guests ages 3 and up must still make a
Disney Park Pass reservation for the first park they wish to visit and enter that first park before hopping to another. A park reservation is not required after visiting the first park, but reservation requirements are subject to change. Please note that the ability to visit another park will be subject to the park’s capacity limitations.
I have always been a fan of park hopping, but now that I have kids I prefer to thoroughly enjoy my day exploring one park instead of visiting more than one park per day. There is always so much to see at each park that I never get to do everything in one visit – my family prefers to save two days to visit Magic Kingdom Park and EPCOT, for example. If you decide to go ahead and purchase tickets with Park Hopper option, remember you can check the
My Disney Experience mobile app for availability before visiting another park. I have not heard of issues so far, and since you will not be visiting during an extremely busy time of the year, if park hopping is important to you I recommend not missing out on the experience.
I hope this information is helpful, Nicholas. Come back to visit us if you have additional questions, we are delighted to help.
Best magical wishes,
Thiana
