    Is the park hopper option available if you're not staying on Disney property?

    Hello Alison, thanks for visiting planDisney with your great question!

    Any guest is welcome to purchase the Park Hopper Option as an add-on to their theme park ticket.  This option allows more flexibility when visiting the parks.  Personally, there are certain attractions I like to enjoy as much as possible so I utilize the park hopper option whenever possible.  

    It is important to note that you will need to make a theme park reservation for the initial park you plan to visit.  (Effective January 9, 2024, this step will not be required for date-based tickets.)  Currently, you do not need to make a theme park reservation for any additional park you will be hopping to.  However, you are required to enter the first park prior to using the park hopper option for that day.  You are welcome to park hop beginning at 2:00 PM (subject to park capacity limitations).
