Hey there Tyler,
Welcome to planDisney and thank you for your question! I'm sorry to hear about your family emergency and hope everything is okay!
Currently, to visit one of the parks of the Disneyland Resort, you need both valid
theme park tickets and a
theme park reservation for each day you plan to visit.
For your tickets, you just need to use them before they expire. If this is a multi-day use ticket and you've already used some of the ticket then the ticket will expire 13 days after its first use. However, if the ticket is unused then you can check the expiration date on the confirmation email you received when you purchased them, which you should be able to find by searching "Disneyland confirmation" in your inbox.
Assuming your tickets haven't expired then all you should need to do is set a new theme park reservation for the updated date you plan to visit the parks! You can try to do this on the
My Plans hub, but from my experience, this isn't always an option if you had a previously set park reservation that you were unable to make and weren't able to modify the date of the park reservation before that date it was initially set. When this has happened to me, I ended up needing to
call a Cast Member at the Tickets line to get help in resetting that park reservation.
Thanks again, Tyler! Again, I hope all is well with you and your family and that you enjoy your next visit to the Disneyland Resort.
Have a Magical Day,
Greg
