Hi Cherry! Welcome to planDisney.
I'm so happy to hear you're planning a visit to the Disneyland Resort. I know so many Californians were overjoyed at the news of Disneyland's phased reopening, and it makes my heart happy to see so many returning to The Happiest Place on Earth!
Let's talk about tickets. If you purchase Park Hopper tickets, you must have a Theme Park Reservation for your first theme park of the day. When the clock strikes 1:00 p.m. (this time is subject to change and you should check the
Park Hours for the most up-to-date information), you will be able to switch to the other theme park, provided the other park hasn't reached capacity. There is no guarantee that you'll be able to park hop because capacity restrictions are in place for health and safety reasons and cannot be waived. At this time you do not need a Theme Park Reservation for the second park of the day, though that is subject to change. Please see the
Theme Park Reservations webpage for all the details.
Tickets do not need to be used on consecutive dates but must be used by the same Guest for all days and before the ticket expiration date. So, when purchasing your 3-day ticket, be aware of the expiration date to ensure you'll be able to visit in the time span you have. Unused days cannot be refunded or transferred. Please see the
Disneyland Theme Park Tickets webpage for more details.
Cherry, have fun planning your visit to the Disneyland Resort. Be sure to read the
Returning to a Land of Magic information for all the details about how Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park are operating during their phased reopening and so you can be prepared so you can focus on the fun. If you have any further questions as you plan and dream, please come back and see us!
Wishing you a magical vacation,
Robyn
