If we "park hop" from one park to another, do we have to pay for parking twice?

Hello, Anne. Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.

My family and I enjoy driving ourselves from park to park. I always pack a little cooler in the car with snack and drinks and sometimes a change of clothes in case of spills or just because of the Florida heat. Each day that you drive to the Walt Disney World Theme Parks, you only have to pay for parking once. All you need to do is keep your receipt and you will be good to go all day long. If you are a Guest at any of the Walt Disney World Resort Hotels, you do receive complimentary parking at all of the theme parks, water parks, and Disney Springs. This is also a perk Annual Passholders, like myself, get to enjoy. If you are staying at any of the Walt Disney World Resort Hotels, keep in mind that you can also take the complimentary transportation to and from the parks if you'd like. Parking lots at the Walt Disney World Theme Parks are huge. I always suggest taking a picture of the section and row of the parking lot your vehicle is in before getting on the tram to the main gates. After a long day, it can be hard to remember.

I hope this helps. If you have any other questions, please feel free to come back and ask.

Meet the Panelist: Jackie, North Carolina

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
