Hi Michelle! Welcome back to planDisney.
I see your visit to the Walt Disney World Resort is coming up very soon – how exciting! I also see you are a pro at visiting the Walt Disney World Resort. Thanks for coming back over the years and asking us your planning questions – it’s sure nice to see you here again.
Park hopping is one of my very favorite ways to tour the theme parks, and I was thrilled to hear that the
Park Hopper Option has returned to the Walt Disney World Resort. Things are a little different than before, and I’m glad you’re checking in to make sure you understand the new processes.
Currently, Park Hopper Hours begin at 2:00 p.m. daily, but that time is subject to change. What you’ll want to do is check the
Park Hours for the day you’re visiting to make sure that your plans line up with the Park Hopper Hours. In your case, you’ll need a
Disney Park Pass reservation for Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and you’ll need to actually enter Disney’s Hollywood Studios before you “hop” over to EPCOT. When you’re ready to park hop, check the
My Disney Experience mobile app or call (407) 560-5000 to ensure EPCOT has not reached capacity. Just as before the phased reopening, park hopping is subject to capacity restrictions, so be sure to check before you head to your next park.
If Park Hopper Hours begin at 2:00 p.m. and you’re ready to park hop at 5:00 to take advantage of the delicious dining options at EPCOT, that’s not a problem. Park hopping begins at 2:00 p.m. but is available the remainder of that day, subject to park hours (you can’t hop to a closed park) and capacity.
Have so much fun, Michelle! The
Taste of EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival is in full bloom right now, and you’ll find so many tasty options for a fantastic dinner with a view of Spaceship Earth. If you “hop” over to @planDisney on Instagram and tap our EPCOT stories, you can see our Panelists sharing their favorite foods and experiences from the festival. We also recently
shared our festival favorites with the Disney Parks Blog. I also recommend checking out the
Foodie Guide to the festival if you want to start planning which festival kiosks are must-visits as you dine around the world. Sounds like the perfect arrival day to me!
Wishing you a magical vacation,
Robyn
