Hey there Shae and welcome to planDisney!
Park Hopping is a staple of all my Walt Disney World Resort vacations. I love to switch up my location to keep things fresh. My usual strategy involves an early morning in one Theme Park, a little nap break in the middle of the day, and an evening enjoying the scenery in a whole new Theme Park. And it's the easiest thing in the world to do!
When purchasing your
Theme Park Ticket be sure to tack on the
Park Hopper Option to be able to use this strategy. You'll also need a
Theme Park Reservation via the Disney Park Pass System for your first desired park of the day. You must check in at that first park prior to visiting the next. Currently, Guests are allowed to move to their next park starting at 2 p.m (as long as there's availability). Of course, if you're driving, you just hop in your car and head over to the desired second location. But there is a Monorail line that runs between EPCOT and Magic Kingdom. The Disney Skyliner also connects Disney's Hollywood Studios and EPCOT with a transfer station at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort.
Pro tip: The buses don't run directly between parks, so if this is your desired mode of Disney Transportation, you'll need to take one to your
Disney Resorts Collection hotel first. You can then catch another one there that will take you to your next park.
Shae, I hope I've been able to help you today. If you have any other questions,
I'd be more than happy to chat with you again!
Happy planning!
Taylor
