Season's greetings, Vonnie, and welcome to planDisney! I’m so excited for your pixie-dusted adventures to begin tomorrow, so let’s get started!
Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa is one of my favorite spots at
Walt Disney World Resort, especially during the holidays. I checked with a Cast Member, and they explained how parking works at the Grand Floridian: You may park at the Resort if you are a Guest staying there, a Guest with a reservation at one of the Resort’s
dining locations, or a day Guest visiting a Guest with a Resort reservation. If you happen to have a dining reservation at the Grand Floridian, parking is complimentary, but it’s typically limited to about three hours. So, even with a dining reservation, you wouldn’t be able to park at the Grand Floridian for the entire day while you visit
Magic Kingdom Park. Instead, once you finished your meal and were ready to head to the Magic Kingdom, you would need to return to your car and follow the signs to the Magic Kingdom Park parking lot.
If you don’t fit one of the three criteria above, then you can head directly to the Magic Kingdom Park parking lot. I recommend checking out
this page for more helpful Parking information. For the latest operational information for Walt Disney World Resort, I recommend staying tuned
to this page on the Disney Parks Blog. The Blog is the best spot for any breaking Disney Parks news!
I can’t wait for you to experience
a taste of the holidays tomorrow at the Most Magical Place on Earth, Vonnie! I loved viewing the beautiful projection effects on Cinderella Castle at night. They make the perfect backdrop to a holiday photo! Also, don’t miss this

Wishing you a joyful visit filled with festive fun!
