Can we park our gold carts in a parking lot at the parks or do we have to park them at the cabin resort and take a bus?

Hi Heather! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Your trip is SO close! Before you know it, you will be enjoying the best of both worlds: nature AND the theme parks. That combination is the best part of choosing to stay at The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort and I know you will enjoy your time there.

Even though you won't be able to drive your golf cart to the theme parks or their parking lots, you will find that the Walt Disney World complimentary transportation is super convenient! From buses to monorails to water transportation, there are multiple ways to get around the Walt Disney World Resort and most of these options get you closer to the theme park entrances than you would be if you were parking your own vehicle.

I did find this very informative answer from my fellow Disney Parks Moms Panelist, Todd, that mentions golf cart parking near the transportation stops at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort - both for buses and boat launch. This can help save you a few steps as you make your way to the theme parks or Disney Springs for the day!

I hope you have the best vacation, Heather! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
