Which park would be the most fun for a five year old girl on her first visit?

    Hi, Edith!

I don't think there is anything more magical than those first steps onto Main Street U.S.A. in Disneyland Park, especially for a darling 5 year old princess. Looking up and seeing Sleeping Beauty Castle is a sight to be remembered.

There will be plenty of attractions to enjoy. The whole family will love classics such as Peter Pan's Flight, it's a small world, and Mr. Toad's Wild Ride. You will find many "family friendly" rides throughout the park, but Fantasyland is always a big hit with the little ones.

What would a trip to Disneyland be without the Disney Pals? You might want to start the day with Minnie and Friends - Breakfast in the Park at the Plaza Inn. Dining reservations can be made online or by calling (714)781-3463.

Don't forget to make a stop at Pixie Hollow to meet Tinker Bell & her Fairy Friends. Have your camera ready for some pixie dust photo ops! You never know who you might run into around the park, so always have your camera and autograph book ready for a fun character experience

And finally, the ultimate Disney experience...entering the Sleeping Beauty Castle for a walk-through. Wind through the hallways and enjoy the artwork and magic of this lovely Castle.

I hope you and your 5 year old have a magical first visit to the Happiest Place on Earth!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
