Which park should my family and I choose to visit the day we have reservations for lunch at Downtown Disney? Need one that is easily accessible and takes a short amount of time to get there and back. Thanks

    Hi Amanda,

If your family will be using your own car, Disney's Hollywood Studios is 9-10 minutes way according to the Unofficial Guide to Walt Disney World.

If you are relying on Disney transportation, you won't be able to go directly from one of the parks to Downtown Disney.  To go from one to the other, you'll want to use one of the Disney resorts as a hub. What may work well is to visit Future World at Epcot in the morning then begin to make your way to the World Showcase by visiting Canada and the United Kingdom. Once you're past those countries, take the International Gateway and walk over to the Beach Club.  From there, you can take a bus to Downtown Disney, which will take 22-33 minutes. When you return, you can go back to the Beach Club and enter Epcot right where you left off.

If you'd prefer not to have the complicated steps and save time, you can certainly take a taxi.

Thank you for the question; please let us know if we can help again.  Enjoy your lunch at Downtown Disney!
