Hi there, Elizabeth! Thanks so much for stopping by planDisney. I'm pleased as could be to help with your question, and like Tarzan, I'm here to swing into action to track down an answer for you.
It sounds like you're safely back home after a magical vacation at
Walt Disney World Resort. Your ten-day trip must have been practically perfect if you're already thinking ahead to your next Disney adventure--I know the feeling! A Walt Disney World
Annual Pass is the key to unlocking an entire year of magic, and it makes sense if you're planning to return on multiple occasions.
From your question, Elizabeth, I'm not certain what type of theme park tickets you have, or if you have any unused days remaining on them. It's important to know that only unused and unexpired tickets can have the value applied toward the purchase of an Annual Pass. If your tickets were fully used over the course of your stay--for instance, you purchased 6-day Park Hopper tickets and went to the parks on 6 days--the price paid for the tickets
cannot be credited toward the purchase of an Annual Pass.
My recommendation is to call the helpful Cast Members at
Existing Tickets--they will be able to determine what type of ticket you have and whether it has days remaining on it. I'm sorry this answer is a bit ambiguous, but they should be able to get you sorted in a snap!
Elizabeth, thanks again for visiting planDisney. Please don't hesitate to reach out anytime if we can help with any questions about all things Walt Disney World Resort, or for some guidance with your shiny new Annual Pass.
See Ya Real Soon!
