Hi Meredith,
It's nice to see you stopping by planDisney with another great question!
First, let me congratulate you on planning ahead with the Disability Access Service (DAS).
Once you are
pre-registered for DAS, you can start making advanced selections. Those advanced selections should be made for
park visits within 30 to two days of the live chat. I also just called to confirm this with a cast member. So, if I am understanding your question correctly, yes, you may have to log on a few times to get all of your advanced selections made.
Once I have pre-registered for DAS, I get online to try make those advanced selections. I would not wait until two days prior to your trip to try to make advanced selections. When I have done that, our options have been more limited. But, when I have logged on about 25 days in advance, we have typically been able to make the advanced selections we wanted for the time slots that fit with our other plans (i.e.
advanced dining reservations and
Enchanting Extras). And I have been able to book them for all of our park days.
As you prepare to make those advanced selections, remember to check the
attractions that are eligible for the DAS Advanced Planning Option. So, when I am ready to register, I actually know when we would like to experience certain attractions (i.e. morning, afternoon).
Meredith, my family is always so grateful for the incredible
Services for Guests with Disabilities at the Walt Disney World Resort. The cast members who have helped us book our advanced DAS selections have been wonderful, so I would advise you to just be ready with all of your preferred selections when you get connected with a cast member in the live chat. If they are unable to make them all during that one chat session and you have to complete the process on another day, just have some backup options in case your first choices are not available.
The Evening Star is shining bright though, so I made a wish that you will get the selections you want!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
