Hi there, Heather. Welcome to
planDisney! Thanks for stopping by to ask us your
Walt Disney World-related question. I'm happy to help!
I took a look at the
Magic Kingdom Theme Park calendar and I do see that the park is closing early on November 22, 2022. This is because a different holiday party,
Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, will be taking place that night. After Halloween is over a new Christmastime party takes place on select nights in November and December. On those nights, Magic Kingdom Park closes at 6:00 p.m. to regular-day Guests. Because the park closes early on those days, the firework spectacular -
Disney's Enchantment is not shown. Instead, a special holiday-themed firework show takes place for partygoers to enjoy. If you'd like to see Disney's Enchantment at Magic Kingdom Park, I recommend visiting on a day when there is not a special ticketed event taking place.
If you don't plan on attending the party, there is another way you could catch the firework show. You can watch it from outside of the theme park at one of the nearby resorts. One of my favorite ways to watch the Magic Kingdom fireworks is from
Disney's Polynesian Village Resort. Tambu Lounge is a bar upstairs at the resort and has a great view of Magic Kingdom Park. I like to grab a sip and a snack and find myself an unobstructed view of the show. Then, when it's time, they turn the lights low and pipe the music in from the show. It's perfect!
I hope this helps you plan out your itinerary, Heather. If you have any other questions about this, please feel free to stop back by and
ask me. I'm happy to help.
Have a magical day!
Jackie H.
