Which park is the better to go on a holiday? My friend is planning to go on Columbus day (oct. 11) and is trying do figure out which of the four parks would be better to go to run away from the crowds that day? O love the panel! Thanks in advance!

    Hi Maria!

Thank you for the compliment on the panel ad for sending in your question.

October is not a busy month for the Walt Disney World Resort and Columbus Day is not a busy holiday.  Thus I really don't think it matters; none of the theme parks should be that busy.  That said, however, in my opinion, the park that best handles holiday crowds is Epcot.  That is really because it is a large park with a lot of open space between attractions.

So my advice is don't worry about the holiday; your friend should go to whatever park he or she wants to visit.  But if there is some concern, then visit Epcot.

Write back if you have any more questions!
