Welcome back to planDisney Pamela! Thanks for reaching out with your great question. I'm excited to help you! How wonderful that you're planning a trip to
Walt Disney World Resort! You’re sure to create some amazing memories at The Most Magical Place on Earth!
Saturdays in April can be busy at Walt Disney World due to spring break and Easter crowds but it is definitely doable!
EPCOT would be my best choice to visit on a Saturday. EPCOT is spacious, and its layout helps distribute crowds better than other parks. During April, EPCOT hosts the
International Flower & Garden Festival, which adds extra charm and activities! Arrive early to enjoy popular rides such as Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure and snag a Virtual Queue for Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind before the crowds pick up.
My second best choice would be
Animal Kingdom. Animal Kingdom often feels less crowded due to its size and natural atmosphere. It tends to be a more relaxed park even on weekends. Arrive early to enjoy Avatar Flight of Passage or use the
Lightning Lane Passes to avoid long waits.
Quick tip - Keep an eye on special events such as
runDisney races and cheerleading and dance competitions that could impact crowds. The
upcoming events page of the ESPN website is also a great resource.
I hope this information helps you prepare for an exciting visit to Walt Disney World Resort, Pamela. Thank you again for visiting us at planDisney! Have a magical day!
