Does the park do anything exciting for Thanksgiving?

    Hi, Emma!

I'm glad to hear you're planning a vacation to the Disneyland Resort this holiday season! The seasonal decorations, events, merchandise, attractions and food items make The Happiest Place on Earth even more delightful!

You will find many special, limited-time meal offerings all around the resort on Thanksgiving Day at table-service and quick-service restaurants and even at snack locations to celebrate the holiday. My favorite is the Thanksgiving dinner buffet at the Grand Ballroom of the Disneyland Hotel. Traditional Thanksgiving fare will be served, including turkey, ham, beef, mashed potatoes, a variety of salads and a dessert buffet. There’s also a whole host of buffet choices created with kids in mind, too, and Disney Characters will be on hand to greet Guests. If you plan to go, be sure to bring along your camera and autograph book! For a comprehensive list of all the special offerings at restaurants around the resort that day, please visit the Disney Parks Blog.

I do recommend you make reservations at the restaurant of your choice as soon as possible so you can be sure to have the best pick of locations and times. Go online or call Disney Dining at (714) 781-DINE (3463) to secure your reservation. I hope this helps, Emma. Please write back with any other questions you have as you put the finishing touches on your practically perfect vacation!

    Wishing you magic,
