Is park admission required to do a character breakfast before the park is officially open?

    Hi Jenny,

Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Any time you enter a park, you will need to provide park admission. This includes dining reservations. When you arrive at the park, a Cast Member will direct you to the correct entrance for dining where they can check you in and scan your ticket or MagicBand.

That said, there are several options for Character Dining that are not inside a park. If you want to enjoy a tasty breakfast and meet some of your favorite friends without using a ticket, check out Chef Mickey's in Disney's Contemporary Resort, 'Ohana at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort or Cape May Café in Disney's Beach Club Resort. You will still need to make a reservation for these restaurants, so keep that in mind.

I hope this helps you plan a magical morning at Walt Disney World, Jenny. Hope to see you real soon!
