Hi Dan,
Thank you for sending your question to planDisney. It looks like you are planning a trip to
Walt Disney World this fall! I'm so happy for you and all the new magical memories you will be making. To visit the theme parks during your vacation, you will want to first visit the
Disney Park Pass system to make reservations for the theme parks. Once you have a
Disney Resort reservation, an Annual Pass, or
Disney World Theme Park Tickets, you can begin making the reservations. You will be able to visit one theme park a day, but you can come and go throughout the day at that park. By having reservations, Walt Disney World will be able to ensure the crowds are more controlled to keep guests and cast members as safe as possible.
I would encourage you to make your reservations as soon as you can since there is a limited number of available openings. Please know that you are required to have both a reservation and a valid theme park ticket to enter the parks. If you are visiting
Disney Springs, reservations or theme park tickets are not required.
Prior to your arrival, you may want to read through the
Know Before You Go information for news and updates. I also highly recommend the
Disney Parks Blog for additional Disney updates and fun.
Wishing you a magical trip. Please let us know if you have any further questions. -Kara
