My parents are staying at a different on-site resort than my family. Can we visit each other and share the pool?

    Hi Rebecca!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

I am excited to see that you are visiting Walt Disney World at the same time as your parents.  You will have such a great family vacation! You can most certainly visit other Resort hotels, but at this time it is not permitted to use a Resort hotel pool unless you are a guest staying there. However, you would be welcome to spend some time visiting each other, and I always encourage Guests to 'resort hop' as there is always so much to see with each Resort hotel being so unique. Take a stroll around the gardens and enjoy a drink in the sunshine or make a dining reservation there so your whole party can have a meal together. If you wish to use the complimentary Disney Transportation, some Resort hotels in the Magic Kingdom Resort area are linked by the monorail or a short boat ride, whereas the Disney buses will take you to any Resort hotel from all the Walt Disney World theme parks. For a more time-saving option, you might like to consider using the Minnie Van Service. These are driven by Cast Members and can accommodate up to six Guests. You can make your booking on the Lyft app, which will also show you the cost of this service. Alternatively, you could stop by the front desk of your hotel, and ask them to hail you a taxi cab. Please allow some extra time for this, as there may not be a taxi readily waiting at the resort.

Please come back and visit us if you have any further questions.  We will be happy to help you plan your magical vacation to Walt Disney World.
