Hello there NN! Thanks for sending your question in to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Your parents should be able to purchase the tickets for the minor children as the proof of residency applies to adult tickets only. Please keep in mind that if they purchase the tickets online, they will have to bring the confirmation to the will call window or guest services to pick up the tickets. At that time, they will have to present a Florida Drivers License to collect the tickets for the minor children and the credit card used to purchase the tickets as well. Hope this helps!
