Are parents required to come to the Oceaneer club/lab to join our children during open house times? If not, will our children be secured in another area during the open houses? Thanks!

    Hi Jaycee,

Thanks so much for sailing by.  The answer to your question is "it depends."  For young children who are in the Oceaneer Club and Oceaneer Lab, on embarkation day, the Youth Activities Spaces are open for registration and tours. There is no secure programming at this point.  Throughout the voyage, there are times, however, when the kids in both the Lab and Club are brought together in one venue (this happens when the Ship is at Castaway Cay, for example) for secure programming while the other is in Open House.  If your kids are designated as "self-check" out, they should be able to attend any open house on their own.  My recommendation is that you check with the staff when you embark to ensure that you are able make arrangements for any particular time slot you are interested in.
