My parents & I r planning a WDW vacation in March 2009. I have a 6 & 9 y/o. Any suggestions as to what resort you would recommend? We would probably like one w/ 2 Bdrms. How many days would you recommend? 4 days? 7 days? Prob once in a lifet

Hi Ginger!  You will have so much fun planning your exciting Disney vacation. I am assuming you mean a vacation in March 2010 which will be here before you know it.

Not knowing your budget I will recommend a resort in all three of the categories offered to hopefully help you choose the one that is your best fit. In the value category I like the Pop Century resort. It can tend to have a more family feel over the group feel as the All Star resorts are often used for the many groups that come to Disney for sporting and other events.  The All Star Music resort does have a family suite so you  might want to look into that option as well.  Click HERE to read more.  In the moderate category I am torn between the Coronado Springs or Port Orleans resort.  I like the Port Orleans location since you can get to Downtown Disney via a boat launch but Coronado Springs has just had all their rooms refurbished with queen beds and flat screen tvs making this a great choice!
In the deluxe category I love the Yacht and Beach Club resorts and they have the best swimming facility on property.  I like the fact you can walk to EPCOT within five minutes and take a boat launch to Hollywood Studios in 20 minutes. Location, location, location!!!

Another consideration is to look at the many different villa options around the property which would give you the two bedroom option.  Click HERE for more information on this type of lodging!

I would plan on extending your Disney vacation as long as possible and seven days is a great stay.  It gives you at least one day in each park plus time to enjoy the recreation and Downtown Disney area as well.  This will all depend on your budget.
