Hello Denise,
Thanks for stopping in to see us here at planDisney! It's exciting to hear you have a
Walt Disney World Resort vacation coming up soon. I can imagine you're really looking forward to all that magic that awaits you.
Typically, with Walt Disney World theme park tickets, if you have a ticket that is unused and expired, the amount you paid for that ticket can be applied towards the
purchase of a new theme park ticket. If the theme park ticket has been used for park admission, it typically expires 14 days after the ticket was first used. If the theme park tickets were purchased with the
No Expiration Option, those tickets could be used for admission, even though the No Expiration Option is no longer offered.
My best suggestion, Denise, is to call the Walt Disney World Resort at (407)-934-7639 and speak with a Cast Member about the details of the tickets to hear about what options might be available to you. You can also use the
"Chat with Us" feature in the My Disney Experience mobile app, and you can also use the
online chat service.
I'm excited for you that you'll be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort when you can join in all the fun for
The World’s Most Magical Celebration. You're sure to create so many cherished memories as you celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Walt Disney World Resort.
Denise, here's wishing you a wonderful Walt Disney World Resort vacation, and here's wishing you lots of Disney magic in your day today!
Jerry
