My parents are meeting us in FL. They are arriving a few days early, renting a car, and doing non-Disney things. They are hoping to drop the car off at the airport and then go with us on the Disney Express to our hotel together. Is that possible?

    Hello Chandra,

One of the perks of being on the Disney Parks Moms Panel is learning new things from Guests questions. After reading yours, I was curiouser and curiouser and called Disney's Magical Express reservation number, (866) 599-0951, and spoke to a very helpful Cast Member, who said this was a very common request.

As long as your parents have a Walt Disney World Resort hotel reservation, simply call the above number and make a reservation with Disney's Magical Express. Explain, your parents will arrive via a rental car, they will return at Orlando's International Airport, instead of arriving via a flight. A cast member will ask for your parent's Walt Disney World Reservation number and make arrangements for your parents to use Disney's Magical Express. Once you all have reunited, at the airport, make your way to Disney's Magical Express and with your handy dandy MagicBand check-in with a Cast Member. He/She will point your in the right direction to board your assigned Disney Magical Express and off you go to to begin your magical stay.

If I can be of any further pixie dusted assistance feel free to ask and may your stay at Walt Disney World be filled with many magical and memorable moments.
