    Hi parents! My daughter and I are leaving on 10-24-2012 and are staying at AS Sports with the free Quick Dining Plan. What comes with the meals? I have always paid for it out of pocket and don't know how the plan works at all.

    You will enjoy the free Dning Plan - with the 2012 Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan, for breakfast you will receive one entree, and one non-alcoholic beverage; and for lunch/dinner you will receive one entree, one dessert and one non-alcoholic beverage, per person, per night of your stay, at the quick service locations listed here.
