    We are 2 parents and 6 children. We will be at WDW in Sept 2013 and I am ready to book the Value Resort with the Dining Plan which offers 1 TS. If I do reserve VALUE restort & if WDW offers Free DINING TS, will we still get this promo is at V.Resor

    Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel!  How exciting that you are ready to book your Walt Disney World Resort vacation!  September is a great time of year to visit, the seasonal decorations are displayed and the weather is wonderful!  I'm happy to hear you are planning on choosing the Disney Dining Plan, it is a great choice for families in terms of the selection and balance between Quick-Service and Table-Service dining options.  

    In terms of Special Offers such as Free Dining, guests are able to modify resort reservations if a promotion should become available, however, the promotion has to be offered at your Disney Resort.  Not to worry, if a Special Offer is not offered at your chosen Disney Resort, guests can also cancel their current reservation and rebook to a Disney Resort that is included in the promotion.  If a Special Offer does become available, simply call a Disney Agent at (407) 939-7675.

    Typically, with Value Resorts, the Dining Plan offered during this Special Offer is the Quick-Service Dining Plan.  If you would like the Disney Dining Plan (with one Table-Service, one Quick-Service and one snack per night) guests are able to upgrade and pay the price difference.
