My parents are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary in 2015. As a celebration, our whole family will be spending Christmas at Disney World. My siblings and i would like to treat our parents to a dinner. The crowd numbers 17. Suggestions?

    Hi Kristin!

The Walt Disney World Resort is a wonderful place to celebrate.  Congratulations to your parents on reaching such a special milestone.

Most restaurants take dining reservations 180 days in advance of your vacation dates.  As you mentioned, your visit falls within one of the busiest times of the year.  Since your trip is just under 4 months out, I would suggest trying to book something right away.  There are some lovely signature dining establishments which I think would be fabulous for an anniversary celebration.  Some of my favorite special restaurants are...
    • California Grill (Disney's Contemporary Resort)
    • Citricos  (Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa)
    • Narcoossee's  (Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa)
    • Monsieur Paul  (Epcot Theme Park - France Pavilion)
    • Fling Fish Cafe  (Disney's Boardwalk area)
    • The Hollywood Brown Derby  (Disney's Hollywood Studios)
Please take a look at all of the wonderful Disney Dining options to help in your decision making.  There may be something else that appeals to your family.  There truly are so many options!

Thanks for visiting us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  Feel free to come back and ask me any additional questions.  I am happy to help.

Until then, I wish you a truly magical vacation!
