Welcome to planDisney Sheena!
Bringing kids to Walt Disney World can be a real joy as you see the magic of the parks through their eyes. But, it can also be expensive so let's find some ways to stay on a budget!
Start with your
Theme Park Tickets. Kids under the age of 3 do not require a ticket to enter the parks, so HOORAY for little ones! There is a discount for kids tickets for ages 3-9 so you will save a bit of money there. If you plan on only one park per day, do not add on the Park Hopper option to keep your ticket cost down.
When dining, the kids meals are a great value! They have a nice amount of food and many choices with all the kid-friendly options the little ones enjoy.
Outside the theme parks, head to
Disney Springs to browse the shops, grab lunch, and enjoy the fun. Parking is free (if you have a car), or resort buses are available. There is no admission cost or ticket needed to visit Disney Springs.
Take time to enjoy your resort! Kids love time simply splashing in the pool and exploring your resort. Plan some days without visiting the theme parks and relax. You are on vacation so kick back and enjoy!
Take a spin on the
Disney Skyliner! Anyone is welcome to hop on to head to EPCOT, Disney's Hollywood Studios, or one of the Disney Resort Hotels along the Skyliner route. The views are fantastic and you can explore so much of the Disney area. Hop off at
Disney's Art of Animation and stroll around the resort to take pictures in Radiator Springs - how fun is that?
I hope you find plenty to keep your family happy and busy, all within a travel budget! Wishing you a magical visit to Walt Disney World!
