Hello Jennifer!
Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We are so glad you found us and are ready to help you with your trip to the
Disneyland Resort.
I just came back from the most amazing stay at
Disney's Paradise Pier Hotel a couple of weeks ago. I loved the California beachfront vibe throughout the hotel. It’s got a great location, amazing room views, a wonderful staff and a few of the times there were characters just hanging out in the lobby. It was quite a relaxing stay. The pool deck has an awesome
pool bar and there are fantastic views of the Disneyland Park fireworks! I think it’s the Disneyland Resort’s best kept little secret!
I’m sorry to hear that you are considering cancelling your reservation at Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel. I hope that everything is okay and I’m sending some major Pixie Dust your way. Your best bet is to call the hotel
reservation phone number so that they can look up your exact reservation and give you exact details about your cancellation window. Sometimes it can differ if you booked a special package or had a special discount or something. Typically, if you just booked a room and need to cancel then you would need to cancel at least five days prior to your arrival date so that you can receive a full refund. If you cancel four days or less before your arrival date then you would be charged the first night’s room plus taxes and fees. If you have more than one room you need to make sure you cancel all of them. Please make sure that you call and inform the hotel of any changes or cancellations because no shows are also non refundable.
Well Jennifer, I hope that everything is okay and that hopefully you don’t have to cancel and are able to make it on your trip. Again, please
call to get the exact policy for your specific reservation, maybe you can even push it out to a later date.
Remember, always believe in the magic!
