Which parades and special events would interest a 9 year old boy? He is pretty mature for his age...but still very much a kid :-)

    Hi Angela!

I have two boys myself, and it sounds like your son is a lot like them!  They are mature in their thinking, but they still have childish, innocent hearts, and they love so much about Disney World, that it's hard to fit it all in!

Please visit this link to see all of the special entertainment at the Disney parks.  Some of our favorites are Fantasmic, Illuminations, Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular, Lights Motors Action Extreme Stunt Show, and Flights of Wonder.

Some other things that my boys loves is looking for Hidden Mickey's around all of Disney World property.  (you can find more information about that at www.hiddenmickeyguy.com)  My boys also LOVE trading pins.  They collect Disney pins and trade them with cast members all throughout Disney.

Another idea is to buy a passport book that is available at the gift shops in Epcot.  You can take it to the Kidcot Fun Stops in the Epcot World Pavilion and he can get it stamped at each country.

Please let me know if you have any other questions for your trip!
