Hi, there!
Welcome to planDisney, Kim. I'm so excited to hear you're planning a visit to the
Disneyland Resort! You're sure to make lots of magical memories.
One of my fondest childhood memories was sitting on the curb of Main Street, U.S.A., watching the Main Street Electrical Parade with my family. I get goosebumps to this day when I hear the parade music! For your visit this October, the only nighttime parade running is the Frightfully Fun Parade at Oogie Boogie Bash. You'll need a special event ticket for
Oogie Boogie Bash - A Disney Halloween at Disney California Adventure Park to view this spooktacular parade. If you don't have an event ticket, not to fret! You can still enjoy Disney nighttime spectaculars like
Halloween Screams fireworks in Disneyland Park and
World of Color at Disney California Adventure Park (on nights the park isn't hosting Oogie Boogie Bash). Be sure to check the Entertainment Calendar for updated showtimes during the dates of your visit.
While nighttime parades at the Disneyland Resort are certainly limited at the moment, you'll be pleased to know that the Mickey and Friends Calvacade typically runs twice in the afternoon at Disneyland Park. Be sure to wave to Mickey for me!
I hope this was helpful, Kim. Please let us know if you have any other questions about "The Happiest Place on Earth!" We'd love to help you plan a magical stay.
