Hi Maria,
Welcome to planDisney! I also like to look over the entertainment offerings for each theme park I am visiting, so I can try to plan my day around the shows I want to see.
I checked the
Hours & Events Calendar for the date of your arrival, and although I can see the Fireworks & Nighttime Entertainment options listed, you’re correct that the parade schedule has not been released yet. I reached out to a Cast Member for a little more information and was told that the Parades schedule is usually released around 30 days before. So that means you still have some time to wait before those details are released.
Maria, I’m not sure which theme parks you’re planning to visit, but I want to remind you that
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party will be occurring on select nights in September. On these dates there will not be a performance of
Happily Ever After and Magic Kingdom Park will close early to day guests before the start of the special ticketed event. The daytime castle show and
Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade will not be affected by Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. If you’re interested in joining in on the spooky fun, tickets for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party are on sale now!
Disney Parks Blog recently released a
Disney Eats: Foodie Guide to Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party 2023, and some of the treats are even available during regular park hours!
I hope this was helpful, Maria. Keep checking that Hours & Events Calendar and get excited for your upcoming visit! If you have any future planning questions, come
find me again at planDisney!
I’ve got a dream,
Kaitlin
