Parade schedule for Majic Kingdom. May 27-June 1st

Hello Joan, and welcome to planDisney!

I grew up in a small town where we had our annual county fair parade.  One year when I was in high school, I dressed up in a Donald Duck costume and walked the parade route. It’s not surprising that to this day, I love to watch the parades at the Magic Kingdom!

Joan, I’ve checked the Hours & Events Calendar and at this time the parade schedule for late May and early June has not been released.  The latest date on the schedule, as of this writing, that has a parade time listed, is May 2, 2026, with the Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade scheduled for 3pm. This is pretty consistent with the month of April with most days showing the Festival of Fantasy Parade at 3pm during the month.

The new Disney Starlight: Dream the Night Away parade is scheduled through April 18, 2026, as of this writing with an 8:30pm start time during the week and 8:30pm and 10:30pm on Friday and Saturday. I would think that the times would be similar on your trip dates, but obviously times are subject to change.  Please keep an eye on the Hours & Events Calendar as you get closer to your trip and follow along on the Disney Parks Blog for any news and updates on the parades and their schedules!

Joan, one tip for the Disney Starlight: Dream the Night Away parade, is that the beginning of the parade is near the entrance of the park and starts down Main Street U.S.A.  There are a lot of great viewing spots. My wife and I got a prime spot just inside the Magic Kingdom entrance and saw the start of the parade.  Earlier in the week, my daughter and I found a spot in Liberty Square near the Liberty Tree Tavern and watched the parade as it was heading toward its finish.  Both spots were great! So, if you don’t find that perfect spot right away, don’t worry, just keep looking and you will find it!

Joan, have a great trip and don’t forget to enjoy a Mickey Bar or two!
