How do you get to be a parade Marshall

Hi Cindy! Being a part of any Disney park parade is a thrill of a lifetime. This is a question we get from so many guests who are planning trips and vacations to Walt Disney World. Unfortunately, there isn't an answer as getting chosen is strictly by chance and done from the Disney cast members at the parks on that day. It is certainly special pixie dust they spread to the lucky guests they approach but there isn't a simple way to be at the right place at the right time.

There are many other great ways to enjoy the magic. If your family would like to take part in a parade of sorts I suggest the Magic Kingdom's Move It Shake It Celebrate It Street Party that takes place three times a day. This is a short parade that moves down Main Street and circles the street in front of the castle. There are floats with various Disney characters on them and at one point you will be invited to come into the street to dance and celebrate with the characters. It is fun and electric with the music.

I hope the pixie dust follows you throughout your stay!
