    How do you get to be in the parade?

    Hi Lisa!

    We often get questions such as yours asking how guests are chosen for special experiences. It is a hard question to answer as everything is done randomly.

    For the Magic Kingdom Parade guests are often selected at the opening of the park in the morning. There are no set rules for being picked but there are some things you can do to give yourself at least a little more of a chance.

    Disney will obviously be looking for enthusiastic guests and will not be able to choose those who are wearing shirts or clothing with different brands or logos. Disney wear is the choice for your day in the parks!  They are not specifically looking for a certain size or type of family so no worries about that. But happy smiles and enthusiasm is a must.

    I will be sending you much pixie dust and magic hoping that you can find this experience for your own family while you are there in Walt Disney World. No matter what, take time and enjoy the parades and all of the extra entertainment while you are in the parks.
