Greetings and welcome to
planDisney, Rosa!
Thank you kindly for consulting planDisney, it would be my great pleasure to assist a fellow Canadian Disney fan with your existing theme park ticket so that you can begin your planning for
The Most Magical Place on Earth!
Rosa, I would like you to check your ticket for information to see if you also have the no-expiration option because if you do not have this option, then tickets of this nature typically expire after 14 days of their first use. You can try to link your ticket to your Disney account via the
My Plans - Dining, Resort Hotel & Tickets using the ticket ID number and also see what information surfaces. Lastly, I would highly recommend contacting a Cast Member at
Walt Disney World Resort - Existing Tickets for the final word or you can email
ticket.usage@disneyworld.com and include all information regarding your ticket. Good luck!
When you do have your theme park admission, please
link your ticket to your Disney account because you will need to make
Disney Park Pass - Theme Park Reservations for each day of valid admission as this is the process of visiting the theme parks at this time.
Tips:Download the
My Disney Experience Mobile App to manage your plans and by accessing
Disney MagicMobile Service via the app you can create a Disney MagicMobile Pass to access your theme park admission from your digital wallet on your mobile device. Using the app you can enjoy the convenience of
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering for a contactless experience ordering your food ahead of time.
Take a look at any current
Walt Disney World Resort - Special Offers, Deals & Discounts to see if anything is of interest to you.
Rosa, I hope this information is helpful and I wish you luck with your existing theme park ticket! Feel free to stop by planDisney to ask me for more advice, it would be my honour to offer further assistance with your planning.
Best Disney Wishes!
Jacqueline
