    Panning my 2nd trip to WDW for Xmas week 2016. Wondering if the resorts have special activities on NYE. I'm trying to avoid the crowds at the parks on NYE. My girls will be 11,9&5.Looking at PO or CBR,or possibly All Star Music. Thanks!

    I hope you are having a jolly good time planning your Christmas trip for next year's festivities. The holidays at Walt Disney World Resort are incredible!

    Most of the resorts do offer special activities and celebrations to ring in the New Year. I know last year Port Orleans Resort offered a New Year's Party from around 7-Midnight, full of fun and festivities. Most of the moderate and deluxe resorts do the same. To see what is being offered this year, search google for "Disney's Port Orleans Resort Recreational Calendar" (or the other resorts you are interested in) once it's December and you should be able to find a copy of the current activities calendars. While it's no guarantee of what will be planned in 2016, it may give you an idea of what to plan for.
