Hi Gina,
It sounds like you have some great reservations for dining at Walt Disney World.
Cinderella's Royal Table is a truly magical experience, dining with the Disney princesses in Cinderella Castle.
Citricos is an elegant dining experience at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.
When using a
Disney Dining Plan, each of these experiences requires two table-service credits. Since this is equal, what you are really considering is which meal would cost more to purchase out of pocket. As Cinderella's Royal Table is a fixed-price menu, the question to ask if if you think you will order the more expensive entrees and desserts at Citricos. If you think you will order more expensive entrees and desserts at Citricos, then it makes the most sense to pay out of pocket for Cinderella's Royal Table. If you think you will order less expensive entrees and desserts at Citricos, then it makes more sense to pay out of pocket for Citricos. It does seem that in most cases, your meal at Citricos would cost less than your meal at Cinderella's Royal Table, but you should check to be sure.
The unofficial site allears.net has recent Walt Disney World menus and prices available. Once you head to the site, choose "Dining" and then "Menu Index." You can choose the restaurant and meal you are interested in and see items and prices. Some of the menus may be a bit older, so do check the date on the menu. In any case, they should give you a pretty good idea of what menu items will cost.
I hope that these thoughts are helpful for you, Gina. Have a great time planning your magical vacation, and please do let us know if you have any further questions!
