    Mom's Panel We tried to check-in online but site wouldn't let us, saying you must be 18yrs of age. We're defenitely over that. My son,33, tried several x's but he couldn't get through to check-in. We're leaving in a week. Suggestions? You've helped alot

    Hi Jason!  I just performed my online check-in today so I know it's working.  Lets first make sure you are using the correct site.  If you booked your vacation through (or by calling Disney directly) please make sure you are using to access your online check-in page.  Reservations booked  through AAA or any other 3rd party agency (i.e., Orbitz, Expedia, etc.), can access online check-in at

    If you are still receiving an error during the check-in process, you may call the general online check-in help number at 407-828-7128.
