    Hi Panel! We are planning a trip to Disney World this year during the first week of December. I would like to book the Happily Ever After fireworks dessert party and the Rivers of Light dining package. When do these holiday schedules usually come out?

    Hi Jessica,

    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! It sounds as if you are planning a few delicious dining experiences!

    When I checked the Fireworks Dessert Party at Tomorrowland Terrace online, it looked like there were dates available but the system would not show any tables available. So I called to speak with someone in dining at 407-939-1947 and he was able to find some availability for the first week in December. I checked for a party of four, so the availability may change depending on your party size.  The happy news is that you can call and may be able to book that reservation!

    The Rivers of Light dining package dates are typically released on a different schedule. Although the website says dates are released about three months in advance, the cast member with whom I spoke suggested that you check back in a month. My family has this dining package booked for our next trip and we are so excited. The show is lovely and we wanted the reserved seating so we chose the dining package with Tusker House Restaurant. Tiffins is also fabulous but we decided to go with the character experience.

    Jessica, since you are planning to visit Disney's Animal Kingdom, I hope you have plans to visit Pandora, the World of Avatar.  It is just stunning!
