Hello Kevin!
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with a great question.
I love early morning character breakfast! This is definitely the best way to start your day at the Walt Disney World Resort, especially if we are talking about
Tusker House Restaurant.
I recommend arriving at park entrance at 7:45 at the latest since Guests are advised to arrive at their dining destination 15 minutes before their reservation. You will notice that there is a special entrance for Guests with early breakfast reservations, so just look for a Cast Member and they will be able to assist you. Please have your confirmation number with you so they can promptly locate your reservation and give you access to the park.
After your meal you can make your way to Pandora and access the Stand-By line or the FastPass+ Return line (if you have made selections for this attraction) for Avatar Flight of Passage. In case you don’t have a FastPass+ selection for this attraction, you will notice that the wait time will probably be long because the theme park will open at 9 a.m. and you will most likely still be enjoying your breakfast. My family usually stays for at least one hour and 30 minutes at a character dining experience, but even if you are done at 9 a.m. sharp, you may experience lines as all those Guests waiting at park entrance will be making their way to Pandora. In this case, I would check the My Disney Experience mobile app for wait time updates and try returning later in the day closer to park closing time to line up for this amazing flight in the back of a mountain banshee.
I hope this helps you while planning! Please stop by real soon if you have more questions.
Best magical wishes,
Thiana
