Hello Panel, We are leaving for Disney World in 8 days. Just wondering are you allowed to bring swim goggles to the water parks? Thanks for your help. Karen

    Hi Karen!

My son and I just absolutely love the two both Water Parks at Walt Disney World, Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon.  Yes, you are allowed to bring and wear swim goggles in both of the Water Parks.  There are only a few water slides at Blizzard Beach where you are not allowed to wear your swim goggles because of the height and speed of the waterslide (Summit Plummet and Slush Gusher).  You have to hold the goggles in your hand if you are going down these two waterslides.

I go to both Water Parks at least once on every trip to Walt Disney World that I take with my son and I have worn my own swim goggles everytime.  Also my son has a pair of prescription swim goggles that he has used in the Water Parks for the last two years and he can actually see clearly as he is zooming down the waterslides!

I hope that you have a splishing, splashing time at Walt Disney World Water Parks on your next trip!

    Keep Dreaming Big!
