Hi Moms Panel We have breakfast booked at Tusker House at 8:50am. At what time should we arrive at the park? Do you have to be at the restaurant for the allotted time or is there a little flexibility before and after with the time. Thank you

    Hi Samantha!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.

I'm happy to hear you've secured an Advance Dining Reservation for an early breakfast at Tusker House Restaurant in Disney's Animal Kingdom Park. Starting your Disney day with a delicious breakfast and your favorite Disney Characters is so much fun!

Guests with early dining reservations will be allowed to enter the park at least 20-30 minutes prior to their reservation time. For an 8:50am reservation, I'd suggest arriving at the park around 8:15 - 8:30am. There will typically be Cast Members outside of the park entrance with signs indicating the entryway for guests with early morning dining reservations. Simply check in with these Cast Members when you arrive, and make sure to have your dining confirmation number handy. Guests dining inside Walt Disney World theme parks will need valid park admission to gain entry to the park.

The length of your breakfast really depends on your dining party. Since Tusker House is a buffet-style meal, you'll be in charge of loading your plates at the buffet (so many yummy choices!). You can dine at your own pace, as the Disney Characters come around to visit your table as you eat. Once you've filled your bellies and visited with all of the Disney Friends, you're free to go explore Animal Kingdom Park!

I hope this helps with your planning. Have a magical day! - Diane W.
